Your Funny Uncle's Rainbow Over Moscow finally gets its own lyricvideo. The combination of lyrics and images emphasizes the meaning of the song. Certain politicians also appear and... but see for yourself.
Be queer, no fear, get loud and shout!
In some countries, queer people are still harassed, persecuted, beaten, discriminated and even killed to this day. They are being used by governments to achieve their political goals. Rainbow Over Moscow is a song to raise awareness of this situation. It stands for diversity, love, freedom & pride and celebrates the whole spectrum of the LGBTQ+ community. It's a song about being proud of who and what you are.
Certain governments ban the rainbow. But like queers, a rainbow is simply beautiful and natural. And when one appears in the sky, there's nothing anyone can do about it. Not even an anti LGBTQ+ government.
Rainbow Over Moscow was released as a 4-track EP on June 4th 2021, featuring the original song, an extended disco remix, an extended disco dub and an instrumental version. It is available on the usual streaming services, online shops and of course here on this website. The new lyricvideo is out now.
Always remember: Be queer, no fear, get loud and shout!
